What is included in the monthly membership?
Our monthly memberships includes bookkeeping, monthly financial reporting, annual business tax preparation, ongoing accounting guidance, and year-round communication. Services are customized based on your business needs and complexity. All our plans include quarterly Zoom check-ins and End of Year Tax Planning meeting. We take care of our client all year round!
Is tax preparation included in the monthly fee?
Yes, our membership plans include annual business tax preparation whether it is Form 1120, 1120-S or 1065. Personal tax returns for business owners may also be included.
Are there any surprise invoices or hourly charges?
Our goal is to provide predictable monthly pricing with no surprise invoices for routine support and included services. Any additional projects or out-of-scope work would always be discussed and approved in advance.
Do you offer payroll services?
Yes. We provide payroll support and coordination through our trusted payroll software provider Gusto to help simplify payroll processing and tax filings.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
We offer ongoing monthly services designed to support your business year-round. No long-term lock-in contract, we promise!
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on several factors including transaction volume, any business specifics, payroll needs, number of states filed, bookkeeping complexity, and the level of support your business requires.
Can I still work with you if I only need a tax return?
Yes. We also offer standalone tax preparation services for individuals and businesses who are not ready for a monthly membership.
What accounting software do you work with?
We primarily work with cloud-based accounting systems. We love Xero for it being simple and business owner friendly. We also work with QuickBooks Online, as it's widely used by many business owners.
How do we communicate and work together remotely?
Most communication is handled through email, Zoom calls, and secure online document sharing, allowing us to work with clients nationwide.
